Shipping policy

Shipping is free throughout Europe.

Returns: the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (South Africa, Brazil, China, Japan, etc.):

Shipping rates:

• €20 for orders up to €299
• Free shipping for orders of €300 or more

Customs duties and taxes: Products are shipped without EU VAT, however customs duties, import taxes and local VAT may apply in the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and vary according to each country's legislation.

The carrier or local customs authority will contact the customer if any fees are due before delivery.

Delivery time: 10-20 business days (may vary depending on each country's customs process)
